Will be a 49-unit certified energy efficient 5 story senior apartment complex called "Village Place" located in Baltimore, MD. It will be a mixed-use property.

The units themselves have Class A-level features such as a community room, gym, luxury vinyl flooring through out the unit, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless-steel appliances, and modern finishes. The unit mix at the property is designed to benefit each tenant and to meet the needs of the housing community.
